1. Very thoughtful, considerate and resourceful. We didn’t end up choosing them due to the distance but the Dr. still called to follow up and gave me a ton of resources and seemed genuinely concerned for my little guy. If you’re thinking about using their services 100% give them a call.

  3. I can't begin to explain how grateful I am for Dr. Levine. My beloved cat Stanley was suddenly diagnosed with congestive heart failure, given only a few weeks left to live. It was soul-crushing, to say the least, but I kept him comfortable during the last few weeks of his life. When the time came that I had to put him down, I called Dr. Levine to come to my house to do it. He was kind, patient, compassionate, and helped me through the worst moment of my entire life. He returned Stanley's ashes rather quickly (and was very responsive while I was anxiously following up with him on the process). He also provided paw prints and a beautiful care package, including grief support systems. While this is the darkest time in my entire life, I'm thankful that someone like Dr. Levine took care of my sweet boy in the last moments of his life, and even afterwards. I would recommend his services to anyone in New York.

  6. I worked with Dr. Levine when my cat unfortunately got very sick and I had to make a difficult decision. Dr. Levine was very kind and took the time to speak with me multiple times before making the appointment. I didn’t find this level of attention with other providers, and I did speak with several as an at-home euthanasia appointment typically needs to be booked with a few days notice. I really appreciate the time Dr. Levine took during a very difficult period. I will certainly look to work with him in the future and would highly recommend to others. Thank you!

  9. Dr. Lavine & Jill were able to accommodate us for a same day in home euthanasia call when it was our family doggo's time to cross the rainbow bridge. He took time to walk through the process and made the experience peaceful and calm for our doggo and gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye. Dr. Lavine also took care of cremation, nose & paw print and hand delivered our doggos ashes back to us in Manhattan.
